Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No. 2536), the rate of State due for attestation of agreements on disposal of immovable property in the ownership of citizens and legal entities that perform the said alienation is established in the amount of 1 per cent of the agreement coverage, but not less than 1 non-taxable minimum income of citizens, and not more than triple amount of minimum wage established as of 1 January of a relevant year.
However, current regulation fails to define the upper limit of the State due for performance of the said actions. The People´s Deputies believe that adoption of the Bill will result in partial reduction of expenses related to registration of a proprietary right transition.
